Now that Kmart has announced that it will open its stores at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving, I’ve given some thought to compiling a list of the five worst places to spend the holiday.
The control room at Fox News comes in at No. 5. The fourth-place slot goes to any home where the cook believes tofu is an acceptable substitute for turkey.
Coming in at No. 3 is a Thanksgiving celebration featuring any of the Kardashians. Hell holds down the No. 2 spot, especially if the Kardashians are there, serving up tofu from a turkey mold to guests who must watch a large-screen TV permanently tuned to Fox News.
And the worst possible place to spend even a fraction of a minute on Thanksgiving? Yup. You guessed it: Kmart.
